RMA Process

TRX Systems offers a one year warranty on all TRX hardware. This warranty period begins once the order
has been shipped. During this time products may be returned to TRX Systems for repairs or exchange if
the product is defective. 

  1. Please download the RMA Form, then fill it out and return it to Jay Bracht at brachtj@trxsystems.com.
  2. TRX Systems will issue an RMA number. This number should be referenced on all shipments, documents, and emails pertaining to the RMA.
  3. Please send all defective hardware to TRX Systems at the address below with your RMA number filled in.
  4. TRX Systems will review the hardware and make all necessary repairs. If any hardware cannot be repaired properly, replacement hardware will be issued instead. All repaired and replacement hardware will be sent to the shipping address provided in the RMA form.
