How long does it take for the tracked device to update on the Command UI map?

The tracked device should update on the Command UI map within three seconds. We call this Location age, that is the time since the last update from the Neon Navigation Service. Location age information is available in the Trackee baseball card shown below.

The name tag in the baseball card turns red and the avatar starts to blink when the location age is greater than 30 seconds.
