The Neon Command log file is sometimes required when diagnosing problems with Neon Command. You may need to attached the log file in a ticket or a support request that you submit regarding Neon Command.
You can find the neon_command log file in the following directory:
C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Local\TRX Systems\Neon Command\log
