How do I manually send .nav logs?

  1. Connect your phone to your PC.
  2. Navigate to Computer\<phone name>\Phone\NEON\NavLogs (some phones do not allow you to access this directory. If this is the case you can use a free app, Airdroid, which will allow you to access the phone's file system from a web browser on your PC)
  3. Find the logs that you want to send. Logs are named with the date and time stamp.
  4. Zip and Email the .nav files with a description of what the user actually did (ground truth), and any errors that you experienced.
